Your technical co-pilot. I jump in, own the tech strategy, set up architecture, hire the right people, and build a culture where engineers actually want to ship.

Not just slides about AI — I build it. From figuring out where LLMs actually help to shipping RAG pipelines and intelligent workflows that hold up in prod.
I still write code every day. React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js — production-grade apps with clean architecture. No handoff, no lost-in-translation.
The best engineering starts with knowing what to build. Clear prioritization, roadmap clarity, and the bridge between what the business dreams and what engineering can deliver.
I live where product meets engineering. Not in meetings about it — actually in it, every day.
As CPTO at planted, I lead product and engineering for an AI-powered ESG platform that helps companies manage their sustainability journey. Before that, I spent years growing alongside startups and scale-ups — building first engineering teams, untangling tech debt, and discovering what really moves the needle when things get exciting.
I've learned that great products come from great teams, not great tools. My default mode is pragmatic: understand the real problem, build the simplest thing that solves it, then iterate. I'd rather ship the right thing on Tuesday than the perfect thing never.
React, TypeScript, Node.js, cloud infrastructure — I pick what fits the problem, not what's trending. On the people side, I build teams that own their work, communicate openly, and actually enjoy shipping together.
